Trivekta is a for-profit corporation that designs solutions for specialized organizations like Chambers. We are a national company with over 40 years of combined experience connecting businesses with customers online. We are currently partnered with a number of Chambers and are always looking for great Chambers interested in expanding their online capabilities.

Trivekta And The Gateway Program

We realize that the health of our company is directly related to the well-being of the businesses and Chambers that we serve through the Chamber Business Gateway. The following is a summary of Trivekta's role and how we fulfill our mission to make the CBG as beneficial as we can for Chamber communities.

1. Trivekta manages and runs the CBG on its own servers and technology. The beauty of the CBG is that Chambers have almost no barrier to offering the Gateway for their members. Trivekta maintains the necessary code, server technology and machines to make sure the CBG remains consistent, fast and stable in its performance, and that Chambers and subscribers have the best possible access the tools and information they need. We are committed that your visitors have the best possible browsing experience of your member Gateways.
2. Trivekta assists the Chamber by promoting the CBG directly to members. Trivekta has instituted a local affiliate program where a local person becomes the official Chamber representative of the CBG to the community. This Trivekta affiliate is paid by Trivekta to do this using the same revenue sharing program that we offer the Chambers, and Trivekta educates and supports the local affiliate in their promotion efforts. This assures that the Chamber and CBG subscribers always have a local contact in their community for the system - someone who understands their community and can easily and quickly respond to their needs.
   
   Also, Trivekta is an invisible partner with Chambers. This means we and our local affiliate promote the CBG as a Chamber product and initiative and do not promote ourselves to Chamber members. Trivekta's customers are Chambers and we support Chambers in promoting the CBG as their own initiative. We want Chambers to receive all of the kudos for the program's success and we want to avoid confusing members as much as possible with third-party information.
3. Trivekta provides technical support and customer assistance for the Chamber. We realize that Chamber resources are often limited and must be directed judiciously. Our "no-hassle" policy means that Trivekta offers robust technical support and training for the CBG with all Chamber staff, ambassadors and participating subscribers through an 800 number, email support, in-person training and more.
4. Trivekta is constantly upgrading the CBG for maximum effectiveness. Trivekta is committed to providing the best in business tools and functionality for our CBG subscribers. We are continually strategizing and creating applications and processes that will allow subscribers to better connect with their customers, more easily sell their products and services, take advantage of group buying power and exposure, and having a venue to learn and grow from others in their business community. We also realize that busy people have limited time to spend on their Gateways, so we are continually working on making the CBG easier and quicker to use.
5. Trivekta assists the Chamber in promoting the CBG online and in the local community. Trivekta recognizes that the CBG is not effective without Internet visitors coming to the Gateways and Chamber web sites. We have strategic programs in place to promote the CBG online where it can attract maximum user views. These programs includes search engine optimization techniques, online and offline ad buys, cross-promotions with Chambers at local events, creating specialized portals to aggregate information from our member gateways into sticky search engine content, and more. We also work with the Chamber to find ways to promote the system to the local community to increase the exposure for members who primarily offer local services.
